Pretreatment- We start by applying some of our Powered Water cleaners to the heavily affected areas, this will start to break down all the chemicals that your pet left behind.
Agitation- Now we gently agitate your carpet, breaking loose any contaminants that could be stuck in your carpet, breaking them loose for extraction.
Extraction- We now use our Platinum Rated, patented truck-mounted equipment to pull all of that nasty water out of your carpet while using a low-pressure spray of Powered Water to truly clean your carpet.

How Often Should I Have My Carpet Cleaned?
Studies have shown that the average household should have their carpet cleaned at least once a year. But in homes that have pets, sometimes the best route is at least 2 times a year. We recommend that if you are enjoying potty training a new pet, you should wait until your pet has been properly trained before you have your carpet cleaned so you can have your carpet like new and not have to worry about your new friend soiling your fresh carpet.
Will There Be Additional Dry Time For Pet Odor Treatments?
In some cases, we can get out pet spots or odors out with our traditional Powered Water solutions and these projects won’t require additional dry time. But for full pet treatment, you could experience additional dry times in the areas that are heavily affected by the adverse effects of pet contamination. But we may use our High Volume Air Movers to decrease your carpets dry time by 2 hours in only 15 minutes!
Where Can You Perform Pet Odor Treatments?
We are able to perform our pet odor treatments on most soft surfaces. We know that accidents don’t only happen on the carpet, sometimes the couch or drapes can be betrayed by our furry companions.
